Conclusion <br /> 29. <br /> Based on the foregoing facts, Arthur Schick, while employed with the Office of State <br /> Parks, violated La. R.S. 42:1111A by receiving a thing of economic value from various <br /> productions companies for services provided as site rep, mowing lawns, and manicuring lawns, <br /> which he was not duly entitled to receive for the performance of his job duties and <br /> responsibilities as an employee of the Office of State Parks. <br /> 30. <br /> Based on the foregoing facts, Arthur Schick, while employed with the Office of State <br /> Parks, violated La. R.S. 42:1111C(1)(a) by receiving a thing of economic value from various <br /> productions companies for services provided as site rep, mowing lawns, and manicuring lawns <br /> which were devoted substantially to the responsibilities, programs, or operations of the Office of <br /> State Parks and in which Arthur Schick participated as an employee of the Office of State Parks. <br /> 31. <br /> Based on the foregoing facts, Arthur Schick, while employed with the Office of State <br /> Parks, violated La. R.S. 42:1111C(2)(d) by receiving a thing of economic value for services <br /> rendered to various production companies at a time when those same production companies had <br /> a contractual, business, or other financial relationship with the Office of State Parks. <br /> 32. <br /> In accordance with La. R.S. 42:1141C(3)(b)(iv), the Board designates Tracy M. Barker <br /> and Sue Mooney as the Board's trial attorneys in this matter. <br /> WHEREFORE, the Louisiana Board of Ethics requests that the Ethics Adjudicatory <br /> Board (a) conduct a hearing on the foregoing charges; (b) determine that Arthur Schick has <br /> Page 10 of 11 <br />
