4. <br /> On September 18, 2018, Sara Hall was sent a Notice of Failure to Complete 2017 Ethics <br /> Training. This notice provided Ms. Hall thirty (30) days from the mailing of the notice to <br /> complete the required training. <br /> 5. <br /> On November 1, 2018, Sara Hall was sent a Final Notice of Failure to Complete 2017 <br /> Ethics Training via certified mail. This notice provided Ms. Hall forty-five (45) business days <br /> from the mailing of the correspondence to complete the required training. <br /> 6. <br /> On March 27, 2019, Sara Hall was sent an email that contained online instructions <br /> needed to complete the mandatory ethics training. <br /> 7. <br /> As of this date, Ms. Hall has failed to complete the required Ethics Training, in <br /> accordance with La. R.S. 42:1170, for the calendar year of 2017. <br /> 8. <br /> Based on the foregoing facts, Sara Hall violated La. R.S. 42:1170 by virtue of her failure <br /> to receive one hour of education and training on the Code of Governmental Ethics during the <br /> 2017 calendar year. <br /> 9. <br /> In accordance with La. R.S. 42:1141C (3)(b)(iv), the Board designates Matthew Deville <br /> and Tracy M. Barker as the Board's trial attorneys in this matter. <br /> 2 <br />
