CHARGES <br />The L.ou liana Board of Ethics voted on June S, 2020 to and does hereby file the following <br />charge: <br />I, <br />..On October 3, 2006, Alton McClinton began his employment with the Jefferson Parish <br />Department of Inspection and Code Enforcement as a Building Plan Reviewer I. On August 8, 2013, <br />Alton McClinton became a Building Inspector I for the Jefferson Parish Department of Inspection <br />and Code Enforcement. <br />II. <br />Alton McClinton's job duties as a Building Inspector. with the Jefferson Parish Department <br />of Inspection and Code Enforcement involved inspecting residential buildings to ensure the <br />structures were in compliance with the Jefferson Parish building codes, handling and investi atin <br />g g <br />complaints involving zoning violations, testifying at hearings and collecting additional information <br />as needed. <br />Page 1 of 8 <br />
