STATE OF LOUISIANA <br /> DIVISION OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW <br /> LOUISIANA BOARD OF ETHICS <br /> * DOCKET NO. <br /> IN THE MATTER OF <br /> * AGENCY TRACKING NO. 2018-044 <br /> DENNIS HILL <br /> CHARGES <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics voted on February 14, 2019 to and does hereby file the <br /> following charge: <br /> 1. <br /> Dennis Hill was appointed and employed continuously by the Town of Killian as the <br /> Chief of Police from January 22, 2008 through June 13, 2017, and at all times pertinent herein. <br /> 2. <br /> Dennis Hill signed for a Fuelman Gas Card on February 21, 2008, and acknowledged that <br /> the card was for fueling the police unit for police work only. <br /> 3. <br /> During the period of May 15, 2015 through May 23, 2015, Chief Hill charged a total of <br /> two hundred fifty-six dollars and thirty-seven cents ($256.37) on the Town of Killian Fueltrac <br /> gas card including sixty-two dollars and sixty-two cents ($62.62) in Wildwood, Florida, forty-six <br /> dollars and forty cents ($46.40) in Tallahassee, Florida, and sixty-two dollars and seventy-nine <br /> cents ($62.79) in Foley, Alabama, while on vaction. <br /> 1 <br />
