STATE OF LOUISIANA <br /> DIVISION OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW <br /> LOUISIANA BOARD OF ETHICS * DOCKET No. <br /> IN THE MATTER OF <br /> WILLIE SCOTT WOODS AGENCY TRACKING No. 2017-1105 <br /> CHARGES <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics voted on October 18, 2018, to and does hereby file the <br /> following charges: <br /> 1. <br /> Willie Scott Woods was hired by the City of New Roads on November 12, 2014 as an <br /> accounts clerk earning an annual salary of approximately $40,000.00. <br /> 2. <br /> Willie Scott Woods' employment with the City of New Roads was terminated on August <br /> 3, 2017. <br /> 3. <br /> As an account clerk, Willie Scott Woods was responsible for collecting traffic fines for <br /> the City of New Roads and the Pointe Coupee Parish Sheriff s Office; collecting utility deposits <br /> and utility payments for the City of New Roads; and, collecting rental fees for the New Roads <br /> Civic Center. <br /> Page 1 of 5 (Docket No. 2017-1105) <br />
