Advisory opinion that the post-employment provisions within the Louisiana Code of Governmental Ethics would not prohibit Medical Temps from entering into a temporary staffing contract with Morehouse General Hospital (Hospital) since the former CFO of the Hospital and spouse of the owner of Medical Temps resigned from the Hospital and a separate property agreement exists between the spouses.
