responsible for collecting samples from all of the participants in the Drug Court Program, <br /> shipping the samples to the laboratory for testing, and reporting the results to the Court. <br /> 12. <br /> From January 1, 2013 through approximately June 30, 2015, Feliciana J & B Industries, <br /> LLC used J & B Industries, LLC for the purchase of drug screening services and products from <br /> the laboratories for all of its clients, including the Drug Court Program, as well as other clients <br /> that had no relationship with or connection to the Drug Court Program. <br /> 13. <br /> During that same period, several employees of J & B Industries, LLC also worked for <br /> Feliciana J&B Industries,LLC collecting samples from participants in the Drug Court Program. <br /> 14. <br /> Those employees were paid directly by J& B Industries, LLC. Thereafter, Feliciana J& <br /> B Industries, LLC reimbursed J& B Industries, LLC for their wages associated with the services <br /> performed for the Drug Court Program. <br /> 15. <br /> Feliciana J & B Industries, LLC submitted invoices to the Court for the drug screening <br /> services and products provided by the laboratories in connection with the Drug Court Program, <br /> most of which were approved for payment by Ms. Brumfield. The Court issued checks directly <br /> to Feliciana J&B Industries,LLC which Ms. Brumfield co-signed on behalf of the Court. <br /> 16. <br /> J&B Industries, LLC issued payments directly to the laboratories for expenses related to <br /> the Drug Court Program, for which it was reimbursed by Feliciana J&B Industries, LLC. <br /> 3 <br />
