R.S. 42:1123(1) of the Code of Governmental Ethics would allow a Concordia Parish Police Juror to participate in transactions regarding the Lasalle Community Action Association, Inc. (LCAA) since LCAA is a public service organization and the Police Juror receives no compensation for his service on the LCAA Board.
