Advisory opinion that the post-employment provisions of La. R.S. 42:1121B‎(1)‎ of the Code of Governmental Ethics would not prohibit a former employee or his current employer from providing services to the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority ‎(CPRA)‎ through both a professional services mechanism and a consulting services mechanism, since he will not be providing the same services under contract to, for, or on behalf of CPRA that he provided as a CPRA employee, and he will not be assisting his employer for compensation in transactions in which he participated while employed by CPRA.
