4. <br /> As manager of the Amelia Community Center, Michael Beadle was required to handle <br /> contracts and create, promote, and organize functions, including sports and non-sporting events <br /> to be held at the facility. <br /> 5. <br /> Gulf Coast Wrestling, Inc. (GCW, Inc.) registered as a corporation with the Louisiana <br /> Secretary of State in 1998 with Michael Giror, Jr., listed as a shareholder. The purpose for its <br /> creation was to organize and promote wrestling events. <br /> 6. <br /> GCW, Inc., through Michael Giror, Jr., and Michael Beadle, promoted, organized, and <br /> operated wrestling events held at the Amelia Community Center from 2013 through 2016 <br /> wherein GCW, Inc. received tickets sales and the Amelia Community Center received <br /> concession sales. <br /> 7. <br /> Michael Beadle was compensated four hundred dollars ($400) by GCW, Inc., through <br /> Michael Giror, Jr., for his participation in GCW, Inc., wrestling events held at facilities other <br /> than the Amelia Community Center since June of 2013. <br /> 8. <br /> La.
