12. <br /> As evidenced by the signature below, Gulf Coast Wrestling, Inc. through its duly <br /> authorized agent, Michael Giror, Jr., it knowingly and of its own free will (a) agrees that the <br /> violations are factually supported by stated facts herein; (b) agrees that it violated La. R.S. <br /> 42:1117; (c) acknowledges that upon its signature being affixed to this consent decree, this <br /> document will be available to the public as a public record; and, (d) agrees that this order and <br /> decree is final, waives its right of appeal or to otherwise seek a return of the payment of the <br /> penalty. <br /> ORDER AND DECREE <br /> IT IS ORDERED that Gulf Coast Wrestling, Inc. violated La. R.S. 42:1117 by virtue of <br /> it paying four hundred dollars ($400) to Michael Beadle for services rendered to Gulf Coast <br /> Wrestling, Inc., for his participation in wrestling events while Gulf Coast Wrestling, Inc., had a <br /> contractual or other business or financial relationship with the Amelia Community Center <br /> Recreational and Park in derogation of La. R.S. 42:1111C(2)(d). <br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a $250 civil penalty, payable to the Treasurer of the <br /> State of Louisiana, be assessed against Gulf Coast Wrestling, Inc., for such violation and that in <br /> the event of a failure to pay, the Board may file suit to compel immediate payment of any <br /> balance due. <br /> 4 <br />
