LaToya Jackson received$121,435.00 in compensation for <br /> the school year that ended June 30, 2016 (July 1, 2015 - June 30, 2016). <br /> 9. <br /> LaToya Jackson and Bridgette Clark are biological sisters. <br /> 10. <br /> On June 26, 2014, Bridgette Clark organized Clerk Entities, LLC, with the Louisiana <br /> Secretary of State. At all times pertinent herein,Ms. Clark was the sole member of Clark Entities, <br /> LLC. <br /> 11. <br /> On July 1, 2014, Clark Entities, LLC, entered into a contract with the Vision Academy to <br /> serve in the capacity of Compliance Officer for Vision Academy on a contractual basis for the 2014- <br /> 2015 school year with a term of July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015. <br /> 12. <br /> Clark Entities, LLC, was compensated a total of$58,510.00 for services rendered to the <br /> Vision Academy between July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015. <br /> 13. <br /> LaToya Jackson offered the,entered into and approved the contract with Clark Entities,LLC, <br /> and authorized and approved all payments made to Clark Entities, LLC, between July 1, 2014 <br /> through June 30, 2015 totaling $58,510.00. <br /> Page 3 of 8 <br />
