ORDER <br /> FOR THE FOREGOING REASONS: <br /> IT IS ORDERED that based on the foregoing, Daniel Eitmann, violated La. R.S. <br /> 42:1111A(l)(a) by virtue of his receipt of$1,500.00 in payments from Northshore High School <br /> Band Boosters,Inc. for the performance of his duties as Band Director. <br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a civil penalty of$1,500.00,payable to the Treasurer <br /> of the State of Louisiana, is hereby assessed upon Daniel Eitmann, and that in the event of a <br /> failure to pay, the Board of Ethics may file suit to compel immediate payment of any balance <br /> due. <br /> Page 4 of 6(Docket No.2017-652) <br />
