R.S. 42:1102(3) and his agency, as detined by La. R,S. 42:1102(2)(a)(vi}, is the East Baton Rouge Parish Schoal System. The East Baton Rouge Parish School Baard is a governing authority as defined by La. R,S. 42:1102(11)and the East Baton Rouge Parish School Board is a gavernmenta] entity as defined by La. R.S. 42:I 102(12). As a�n elected member of the East Batori Rolrge Parish School Board, Mr. Lanus is a member of a govexning authority. Kenyata Lands and Dadrius Lanus are biolo�ical siblings and are irnrnediate family members as defined by La. R.S. 42:1102{13). As an agency head of the East ]3aton Rouge Paz•ish School Board and as a member of� governi�ag authority,the East Baton Rouge Parish Schoal Board,the immediate family mernbers of Dadrius Lanus were prohibited frorn being employed by the East Baton Rauge Pari sh School Systen�. R.S. 42;1119A &B, If this matter procceded to a public hearing before the Ethics Adjudicatory Board, and the Ethics Adjudicatory Baard found a violation of the Code of Gavernmei�tal Ethics, the Ethics Adjudicatory Board co�ald impose a fine of up to$10,d00 for each violation of the Code by Kenyata Lands.
