LOUISLANA BOARD OF ETHICS <br /> C4NSENT OPINION <br /> BD NOS:2022-455 and 2023-644 <br /> RE: IN THE MA.TTER OF JEFFREY M.LANDRY <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics (the "BOE"), pursuant to the autharity conta.ined in the <br /> Louisiana Code of Goveznmental Ethics (the "Ethics Code"), La. R.S. 42:I10i, et. seq., and <br /> particularly Section I 141 of the Ethics Code, conducted confidential investigations concerninj <br /> information that Jeffrey M.Landry,in his capacity as Attorney General for the State of Louisiana, <br /> may have violated Section 111 lA of the Ethics Code by virtue of not timely filing paperwark set <br /> forth in Section 1115.2 of the Ethics Code_ <br /> On the basis af information obta.ined durina the investigation,and with the concurrence of <br /> Jeffrey M.Landry,fihe BOE and Jeffrey M.Landry enter into this Consent Opinion as follows: <br /> T.
