LOUISIANA BOARD OF ETHICS <br /> IN THE MATTER OF <br /> BRANDON ANDREWS AND CONSENT ORDER NO.: 2015-845 <br /> J& B INDUSTRIES,LLC <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics ("the Board"), after conducting a confidential <br /> investigation,pursuant to La. R.S. 42:1141 now makes the following findings: <br /> 1. <br /> Sara Brumfield has been continuously employed as the Judicial Administrator for the <br /> Twenty-First Judicial District Court(Court) since September 18, 2002. <br /> 2. <br /> As Judicial Administrator, Ms. Brumfield's duties include overseeing and managing the <br /> general operations of the Court and its personnel; directing accounting, personnel, payroll, <br /> statistics, purchasing and property management/inventory functions; and assisting with planning <br /> and implementation of special projects and programs, grants and other funding applications and <br /> progress reports required for such projects. <br /> 3. <br /> Brandon Andrews is the son of Sara Brumfield. <br /> 4. <br /> Brandon Andrews is the sole Manager and Member of J & B Industries, LLC which was <br /> organized with the Secretary of State's Office on May 5,2006. <br /> _ r_ <br /> 5.
