The Board advised that you contact the Attorney General's office for guidance re- <br /> garding any application of the dual-office holding provisions. <br /> This advisory opinion is based solely on the facts as set forth herein. Changes to the facts as pre- <br /> sented may result in a different application of the provisions of the Code of Governmental Eth- <br /> ics.
