LOUISIANA BOARD OF ETHICS <br /> IN THE MATTER <br /> OF CONSENT ORDER NO.: 2013-108 <br /> JASON DOYLE <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics ("the Board"), after conducting a confidential <br /> investigation pursuant to La. R.S. 42:1141, finds the following in regard to Jason Doyle: <br /> 1. <br /> Jason Doyle was employed as a police officer by the Police Department for the City of <br /> Baker, Louisiana, from 2003 until his resignation on June 7, 2012. <br /> 2. <br /> From 2007 until his resignation, Mr. Doyle was in charge of the Drug Abuse Resistance <br /> Education (D.A.R.E.) Program and the Cadet Training Program for the Baker City Police <br /> Department. <br /> 3. <br /> The D.A.R.E. program is a nationwide curriculum taught in elementary, middle and high <br /> school to teach kids to learn about the effects of drug abuse and peer pressure. The D.A.R.E. <br /> Program is taught by D.A.R.E. certified police officers and was available to students in the 5th <br /> and 7th grades enrolled in schools under the jurisdiction of the Baker City School System. <br /> 1 <br />
