"Mitch" Landrieu, in his <br /> capacity as the Mayor of the City of New Orleans,receiving a thing of economic value that he was <br /> not duly entitled to receive for the performance of his job duties and responsibilities. <br /> FINDING OF FACTS <br /> 1. <br /> Mitchell J.
