FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> 1. <br /> On November 21, 2015, Jeffrey M_ Landry was elected Attozney General for the State of <br /> Louisiana and was commissioned on January 11, 2016. On October 12,2019,Mr. Landry was re- <br /> elected Attorney General for the State of Louisiana and was commissioned on January 13, 2020. <br /> Mr. Landry served as Attorney General for the Staxe of Louisiana at alI times relevant herein. <br /> 2. <br /> As the Attorney General for the State of Louisiana,Mr. Landry was a"public servant"as <br /> defined by Section 1 l02(19)of the Ethzcs Code,and the Louisiana Department of Justice was his <br /> "a�ency"as defined by Section 1102(2)(a)(i}of the Ethics Code_ <br /> 3. <br /> From June 10, 2021, through June 12, 2021, Mr. Landry traveled on a privately-owned <br /> aircraft in a sezies of flights from Lafayette, Louisiana, to Maui, Hawaii_ Frozn June 18, 2021, <br /> through June 19, 2021, Mr. Landry traveled on that same privately-owned aircraft in a series of <br /> fli�hts from Maui, Hawaii, back to Lafayette, Louisiana. This round-trip flight is hereinafter <br /> referred to as"Subject Fli?ht No. l." <br /> 4. <br /> Subject Flight No. 1 was provided to Mr.Landry on an aircraft owned by Stanton Aviatian, <br /> LLC.Mr.Laadry did not pay Stanton Aviation,LLC or any other person for Subject Flight No. 1. <br /> Stanton Aviation,LLC,provided Subject Flight No. 1 to Mr.La.tadry at no cost. <br />
