On Januazy 8, 2022, Mr. Landzy traveled on that same privately <br /> owned aircraft on a flight from Washington, D.C., back to Louisiana. This round-trip fli�ht is <br /> hereinafter referred to as"Subject Flight No. 2." <br /> 7. <br /> Subject Flight No.2 was pcovided to Mr.Landry on an aircraft owned by Palmetto Express <br /> Cozxapany,LLC.Mr.Landry did not pay 1'almetto Express Company,LLC or any other person for <br /> Subject Fli�ht No. 1. Palrnetto Express Company, LLC provided Subject Flight No. 1 to Mr. <br /> Landry at no cost. <br /> 8. <br /> Mr. Landry's purpose in tra�eling to Washington, D.C. in January 2022 was to attend <br /> hearings before the United States Supreme Court in which the State of Louisiana was a party.Mr. <br /> Landry attended these hearings in his official capacity as Attorney General. <br /> 9. <br /> On June 21,2022,Mr.Landry traveled on a p�zvately-owned helicopter to the Governor's <br /> Mansion in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
