XIII. <br /> As a "District" level office candidate, Brandon Robertson was required to file a 10-P <br /> campaign finance disclosure report in accordance with La. R.S. 18:1495.4B(4) by October 26, <br /> 2020 in connection with the November 3, 2020 election. Exhibit 1. <br /> XIV. <br /> Brandon Robertson was required to file, but did not file, a 10-P campaign finance <br /> disclosure report by October 26, 2020. As of this date, Brandon Robertson has not filed a 10-P <br /> campaign finance disclosure report. <br /> XV. <br /> On March 4, 2021, the Board of Ethics' staff issued Brandon Robertson a Late Fee <br /> Assessment Order, ordering hint to pay a late fee of$2,000.for the failure to timely file his 10-P <br /> campaign finance disclosure report and to file the report. <br /> 10-G REPORT <br /> XVI. <br /> La. R.S. 18:1495.48(5) provides that each candidate shall file a report no later than the <br /> tenth day prior to the general election which shall be complete through the twentieth day prior to <br /> the general election. <br /> XVII. <br /> As a "District" level office candidate, Brandon Robertson was required to file a 10-G <br /> campaign finance disclosure report in accordance with La.
