IX. <br /> Terry Lambright was required to.file, but did not file, a 30-P campaign finance disclosure <br /> report by October 5, 2020. As of this date,Terry Lambright has not filed a 30-P campaign finance <br /> disclosure report. <br /> On March 2,2021 the Board of Ethics' staff issued Terry Lambright a Late.dee Assessment <br /> Order, ordering him to pay a late fee of$2,000 for the failure to timely file his 30-P campaign <br /> finance disclosure report and to file the report. <br /> X1. <br /> Based on the foregoing facts, the Ethics Adjudicatory Board may conduct a hearing to <br /> determine if Terry Lambright filed his 30-P campaign finance disclosure report more than 6 days <br /> late which would subject him to additional penalties up to $10,000 as provided for in La. R.S. <br /> 18:1505.4A(4)(a). <br /> WHEREFORE,the Louisiana Board of Ethics requests that the Ethics Adjudicatory <br /> Board schedule and conduct a hearing to determine if Terry Lambright filed his 30-P campaign <br /> finance disclosure report more than 6 days late, which would subject hint to additional penalties <br /> up to $10,000 as provided for in La.
