Failure to submit any such report within three days after <br /> the final date for filing shall be presumptive evidence of intent not to file the report. La. R.S. <br /> 18:1505.1(B)provides that failure to submit.the reports required b the CFDA at the time required <br /> Y q <br /> shall constitute a violation of the CFDA. <br /> V. <br /> La. R.S. 18:1505.4A(2)(a)(ii)provides that an automatic late fee of$60per da u to a <br /> Y� p <br /> maximum of$2,000, be assessed for each day the report is not timely filed. <br /> VI. <br /> La.
