R.S. 18:1495.4A provides that the candidate is responsible for the filing campaign <br /> of n <br /> p g <br /> finance disclosure reports by the deadlines provided in the Campaign Finance Disclosure Act <br /> (CFDA). <br /> Vo <br /> La. R.S. 18:1505.1(A) provides that failure to submit the re arts required b the CFDA <br /> p q y <br /> shall constitute a violation of the CFDA. Failure to submit any such s a <br /> report within three da after <br /> p �' <br /> the final date for filing shall be presumptive evidence of intent not to file the report. La. R.S. <br /> 18:1505.1(B)provides that failure to submit the reports required b the CFDA at the time required <br /> q �' q <br /> shall constitute a violation of the CFDA. <br /> VI. <br /> La. R.S. 18:1505.4A(2)(a)(iii) provides that an automatic late fee of$40 per day, up to a <br /> maximum of$1,000, be assessed for each day the report is not timely filed. <br /> p �' <br /> VII. <br /> La. R.S. 18:1505.4A(4)(b) provides that the Board of Ethics may impose on any person <br /> required to file such a report, who has not filed the report by the eleventh day after the report is <br /> due and after an adjudicatory hearing by the Ethics Adjudicatory Board,an additional civil penalty <br /> not to exceed ten thousand <br /> 10-G REPORT <br /> VIII. <br /> La.
