TROSCLAIR, III * AGENCY TRACKING NO. 5120-086 <br /> REQUEST FOR HEARING <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics, in its capacity as the Supervisory Committee on Campaign <br /> Finance Disclosure, does hereby file this request for a hearing to be scheduled to consider the <br /> following: <br /> I. <br /> Vhores F. Trosclair, III was an unsuccessful candidate for the office of Greater Lafourche <br /> Port Commission Member, Division D, in the March 5, 2016 election. <br /> II. <br /> The office of Greater Lafourche Port Commission Member, Division D. is an"Any Other" <br /> level office. La. R.S.18:14$4(2) requires a candidate for an "Any Other" level office that spends <br /> more than $2,500 or receives a contribution in excess of$200 to file certain campaign finance <br /> disclosure reports. <br /> III. <br /> Pursuant to R.S. 18:1484(2), which is referenced in Paragraph II of this Request.for <br /> Hearing, Vhores F. Trosclair, III, as an "Any Other" level office candidate, was required to file <br /> campaign finance disclosure reports as of January 12, 2016 in connection with the March 5, 2016 <br /> election.
