XIV. <br /> Eugene Rico Williams, III was required to file, but did not file, a 10-P campaign finance <br /> disclosure report by October 26, 2020. As of this date, Eugene Rico Williams, III has not filed a <br /> IO-P campaign finance disclosure report. <br /> XV. <br /> On March 4, 2021,the Board of Ethics' staff issued Eugene Rico Williams, III a Late Fee <br /> Assessment Order, ordering him to pay a late fee of$2,000 for the failure to timely file his 10-P <br /> campaign finance disclosure report and to file the report. <br /> 10-G REPORT <br /> XVI. <br /> La. R.S. 18:1495.48(5) provides that each candidate shall file a report no later than the <br /> tenth day prior to.the general election which shall be complete through the twentieth day prior to <br /> the general election. <br /> XVII. <br /> As a"District"level office candidate,Eugene Rico Williams, III was required to file a 10- <br /> G campaign finance disclosure report in accordance with La. R.S. 18:1495.48(5) by November <br /> 25, 2021 in connection with the November 3, 2020 election.
