to accurately file a thirtieth day prior to the primary election campaign finance
disclosure report by September 20, 2007.

That Julie Quinn, in her capacity as a candidate for State Senate, District 6, in
the in the October 20,2007 election,niay have violated Section 1505.1C of the
Campaign Finance Disclosure Act("CFDA")(La.R.S. 18:1505.1 C)by failing
to accurately file a tenth day prior to the primary election campaign finance
disclosure report by October 10, 2007.

That Julie Quinn, in her capacity as a candidate for State Senate, District 6, in
the in the October 20,2007 election,may have violated Section 1505.1C of the

to accurately file a tenth day prior to the general election campaign finance
disclosure report by November 7, 2007.

That Julie Quinn, in her capacity as a candidate for State Senate, District 6, in
the in the October 20,2007 election,may have violated Section 1505.1C of the
Campaign Finance Disclosure Act("CFDA")(La.R.S. i 8:1505.1C)by failing
to accurately file a supplemental report by February 15, 2008 disclosing
campaign activity for said election in the prior calendar year.
On the basis of the information obtained by the Board during the course of the
investigation, and with the concurrence of Julie Quinn, the Board now makes the following
essential:
