ORDER <br /> FOR THE FOREGOING REASONS: <br /> IT IS ORDERED that Lisa Tanner,while employed as the Superintendent of the Bogalusa <br /> City School District,violated La.R.S.42:1119 by virtue of the employment of her son-in-law,Josh <br /> Herndon, as the District IT Facilitator with the Bogalusa City School District. <br /> IT IS ORDERED that Josh Herndon violated La.R.S.42:1119 by virtue of his employment <br /> as the District IT Facilitator with the Bogalusa City School District while his mother-in-law, Lisa <br /> Tanner, was employed as the Superintendent of the Bogalusa City School District. <br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a$1,000.00 civil penalty,payable to the Treasurer of the <br /> State of Louisiana, is hereby assessed upon Josh Herndon, and that in the event of a failure to pay, <br /> the Board may file suit to compel immediate payment of any balance due. <br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Lisa Tanner submit a Disqualification Plan in <br /> accordance with La. R.S. 42:1112C and Chapter 14 of the Rules of the Louisiana Board of Ethics <br /> to remove herself from participating in future transactions involving Josh Herndon's employment. <br /> Page 6 of 9 <br />
