The Code of Ethics prohibits a former employee of LDH, Medicaid Mangement Information System Section, for a period of two years beginning in August 2025, from assisting a company in matters in which the former employee participated at any time during their employment with LDH. The Code does not prohibit the former employee from providing services to a company related to matters in which they did not participate as an LDH employee.

CONCLUSION <br /> The Board concluded, and instructed me to inform you, that the Code prohibits you, for a period <br /> of two years aeginning in August 2025, from assisting the Company in matters in which you <br /> participated at any time during your employment with LDH.
