R.S. 42:1111C(2)(d� by virtue of his receipt <br /> of compensation for services rendered to John Daryl Pritchard and his companies, O & M <br /> Management Services, LLC, P Group L.L.C., and Feliciana Welders, Inc. while they had a <br /> contractual,business and/or financial relationship with the Town of Slaughter. <br /> As an elected member of the Town of Slaughter Board of Alderman, Danny Allen <br /> Hobgood,was a public servant as defined by R.S.42:1102(19).His agency, as defined by La.R.S. <br /> 42:1102(a), was the Town. As an elected official, Danny Allen Hobgood was prohibited from <br /> receiving a thing of economic value for services rendered to a person that has or was seeking to <br /> have a contractual, or other business or financial relationship with the Town. Therefore, Danny <br /> Allen Hobgood's receipt of compensation for services rendered to O &M Management Services, <br /> LLC, P Group L.L.C., and Feliciana Welders, Inc. while O & M Management Services, LLC, P <br /> Group L.L.C.,and Feliciana Welders,Inc.had contractual,business and/or financial relationships <br /> with the Town and while he was a member of the Town of Slaughter Board of Alderman violated <br /> La.
