Ethics Board Dacket No. 2024-119 <br /> Page 3 of 9 <br /> agreements with Dr. Vikramaditya Dulam to provide compensated physician and hospitalist <br /> services from November l, 2020,through October 31, 2024. <br /> 4. <br /> (Jn January 4, 2022, Dr. Dulam, as the lessor, and Mr, King, as the lessee, entered into an <br /> annual lease agreement effective August 1, 2021, with an annual rent of$7,300A0 for Mr. King <br /> to graze cattle and exercise rights to hunt on the premises of Dr. Dulam's property located in <br /> Sibley,Mississippi,which was effective until July 31,2024.Ivlr.King paid Dr. Dulam annual rent <br /> of$7,300.00 by three(3)checks dated January 1,2021,July 27,2022, and August 1,2023. <br /> 5. <br /> During a board meeting an February 22, 2022, Mr. King seconded a motion that passed <br /> unanimously to approve the renewal of Dr. Dulam's Personal Services Agreement with the <br /> Hospital District to provide compensated EKG Interpretation. <br /> 6. <br /> During a board meeting an October 25, 2022, Mr. I�ing seconded a motion that passed <br /> unanimously to approve Dr. Dulam's contracts with the Hospital District to provide compensated <br /> Hospitalist Services and EKG and Holter Monitor Interpretations. <br /> 7. <br /> During a board meeting on October 24, 2023, while Mr. King served as Chairman, the <br /> Board of Commissioners unanimously passed a motion fo approve Dr. Dulam's contract <br /> agreements with the Hospital District to provide compensated Hospitalist and Physician Services. <br /> 8. <br /> Since Mr. King and Dr. Dulam entered into an annual lease agreement, Mr. King voted to <br />
