R.S. 42:1117 by paying <br /> Mr. Bradford and Bastrop-Morehouse Publishers Inc. a total of$15,130.00 for weekly advertising <br /> space in the Bastrop Morehouse News newspaper when Mr. Bradford and Bastrop-Morehouse <br /> Publishers Inc. were prohibited from receiving by La. R.S. 42:1111C(2)(d) because at that time <br /> Allegiance Ag and Turf, LLC had a business and financial relationship with Mr. Bradford's <br /> agency,the City of Bastrop. <br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a$1,000.00 civil penalty, payable to the Treasurer of <br /> the State of Louisiana, be imposed upon Allegiance Ag and Turf, LLC, and that in the event of a <br /> failure to pay, a suit may be filed to compel immediate payment of any balance due. <br /> [Signatures Contained on the Following Pages] <br />
