Certain vendors of DCFS would like to set up <br /> displays to showcase their services. As part of their presentations,they would like to provide food <br /> and beverages to DCFS employees. Representatives of the vendors would be on-site at all times <br /> that R-iod and"beverages are provided. <br /> You would Bice to know if DCFS employees may accept food and beverages from vendors of <br /> DCr S. You would also like to know if there are any limitations as to the monetary value of the <br /> food and beverages. <br /> LAW <br /> Lal. R.S. 4.2:1115 provides with respect to gifts: <br /> "A.
