RS. 42:1101, et. <br /> seq., and particularly La. R.S. 42:1141, conducted a confidential investigation concerning <br /> information that Ryker Anthony and Anthony's Tree Service, L.L.C. may have violated La. RS. <br /> 42:1113A(1)(a) of the Ethics �ode by viriue of entering into a transactian with the Town of <br /> Kentwood,while Ryker Anthony's mother,Michelle Anthony,served as Town Clerk for the Town <br /> of Kentwood. <br /> On the basis of information obtained during the investigation, and with the concurrence of <br /> Ryker Anthony and Anthony's Tree Service, L.L.C., the BOE, Ryker Anthony, and Anthony's <br /> Tree Service, L.L.C. enter into this Consent Opinion as follows: <br /> I. <br /> PARTIES: <br /> The Parties hereto are: <br /> Ryker Anthony, a person of the full age of majority, domiciled in the Parish of <br /> Livingston, with a last known address of 25639 Highway 43, Springfield, <br /> Louisiana, 70462; <br /> Anthony's Tree Service,L.L.C.,a Louisiana limited liability company,with a last <br /> known address of 25639 Highway 43, Springfield, Louisiana, 70462; and <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics, an agency of the State of Louisiana, whose <br /> mailing address is P.O. Box 4368, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, 70821. <br />
