Human Services Authority as well as the employees of the South Central Louisiana Human Services Authority shall be subject to the Louisiana Code of Governmental Ethics. 3. Sandra Gonzalez was hired by the South Central Louisiana Human Services Authority on November 19,2007,and she was continuously employed with the South Central Louisiana Human Services Authority until her retirement on July 15, 2016. 4. Sandra Gonzalez was a RN-Advanced Practitioner and provided psychiatric services to persons experiencing serious mental health symptoms and dysfunction. Ms. Gonzalez performed psychiatric evaluations and adjusted medications for her patients as needed. 5. Ms. Gonzalez earned an hourly rate of $58.25 while employed with the South Central Louisiana Human Services Authority. 6. On August 1, 2016, within two years of her retirement date, Sandra Gonzalez entered into a contract with the South Central Louisiana Human Services Authority to provide services as a RN- Advanced Practitioner pursuant to which she provided the same services she provided when employed by the South Central Louisiana Human Services Authority. 7. Sandra Gonzalez provided contractual services to the South Central Louisiana Human Services Authority pursuant to the August 1, 2016 contract until the contract was terminated in December 2016.
