Caption
The Code of Ethics prohibits a former employee of LDH, Medicaid Mangement Information System Section, for a period of two years beginning in August 2025, from assisting a company in matters in which the former employee participated at any time during their employment with LDH. The Code does not prohibit the former employee from providing services to a company related to matters in which they did not participate as an LDH employee.

You <br /> retired from that position in May 2018. You were rehired by LDH as a contract employee in the <br /> 1/Iedicaid Managed Care Organizations Operations, Policy and Compliance section of LDH <br /> ("-TCO"). MCO does not have any role in administering the fiscal intermediary contract. You <br /> terminated your contract employment with LDH in August 2025. <br /> The LDH fiscal intermediary contract is with Gainwell Technologies (the "Company").
