substantial economic interest a disqualification plan was developed pursuant to La.R.S.42:1112C. <br /> The disqualification plan submitted, provides that all matters involving Lindsay Spencer's <br /> employment will be handled by Dr. Marilyn Macik-Frey, Dean of the Al Danos College of <br /> Business. The proposed disqualification plan meets the requirements of Chapter 14 of the Title 52 <br /> of the Louisiana Administrative Code - Rules of the Board of Ethics. <br /> CONCLUSION <br /> The Board concluded, and instructed me to inform you, that The Code of Governmental Ethics <br /> does not prohibit the employment of Lindsay Spencer's employment with the MBA Department <br /> within the Al Danos College of Business, while her daughter-in-law serves as the Assistant MBA <br /> Director. Also,the proposed disqualification plan has been approved. <br /> Changes to the facts as presented may result in a different application of the provisions of the <br /> Louisiana Code of Governmental Ethics.
