LOUISIANA BOARD OF ETHICS <br /> CONSENT OPINION <br /> BD NO.2024-393 <br /> IN THE MATTER OF <br /> DANNY ALLEN HOBGOOD <br /> CONSENT OPINION <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics(the`BOE"),pursuant to the authority contained in La.R.S. <br /> 42:1141, conducted a confidential investigation concerning information Danny Alien Hobgood, <br /> while serving as an elected member of the Board of Aldermen for the Town of Slaughter, may <br /> violated La. R.S. 42:1111C(2)(d) by virtue of providing compensated services to Feliciana <br /> Welders, Inc., Pipeline Integrity Partners, O & M Management, and P Group, LLC, all of which <br /> are owned by John Pritchard,while they had a contractual,business and fmancial relationship with <br /> the Town of Slaughter. <br /> On the basis of information obtained during the investigation,and with the concurrence of <br /> Danny Allen Habgood, the BOE and Danny Allen Hobgood enter into this Consent Opinion as <br /> follows: <br /> I. <br /> FARTIES <br /> The Parties hereto are: <br /> Danny Allen Hobgood,a person of the full age of majority,domiciled in the Parish <br /> of East Feliciana; and, last knawn address was 619 West Drive, Slaughter <br /> Louisiana, 70777; and, <br />
