Ethics Board Docket No. 2024-393 <br /> Page 4 of11 <br /> 5,2024,the Town and P Group renewed the contract.The Town renewed the contract for the year <br /> 2025. <br /> On August 4, 2023, P Group paid Hobgood Garage $118.13 to change the oil in a 2022 <br /> Buick Envision. <br /> 7. <br /> O &M MANAGEMENT SERVICES,LLC <br /> O & M Management Services, LLC, ("4&M") is a domestic limited liability company <br /> domiciled in East Feliciana Parish. O & M maintains and operates municipal natural gas <br /> distribution systems. Mr. Pritchard is O&M's managing member and he is O&M's sole owner. <br /> From August 2021 to January 2023,the Town hired O&M to operate the service. O&M,and <br /> the Town, signed a contract August 31, 2021, that placed the system "under Mr. Pritchard's <br /> license." <br /> In October 2021, the Town opted to retain O &M as its gas operator. Under the terms of that <br /> contract,the Town would pay O&M$7,500 per month for certain services. <br /> In January 2023, the Town ended the contract. Pursuant to both agreements with O &M, the <br /> Town paid O & M between October 6, 2021, and February 14, 2023, $152,704.02 for services <br /> rendered. <br /> From Apri121, 2022 through May 17, 2024, O & M paid Hobgood Garage in the amount of <br /> $7,141.91 for services rendered. <br /> IV. <br />
