t, <br /> Savoie Engineers, for the Parish's 2009 Bond Issue improvement projects for which the Parish <br /> agreed to pay a lump sum fee of$300,000. <br /> 7. <br /> Within the last four years,the Parish paid Clarence Savoie,II,through Savoie Engineers,a <br /> total of$90,000 for services rendered pursuant to the 2009 Bond Management contract. <br /> 8. <br /> Additionally,Clarence Savoie,II,rendered services,through Savoie Engineers,pursuant to <br /> the Parish Engineer Contract, in connection with the 2009 Bond Issue improvement projects, as <br /> reflected in the invoices submitted to the Parish. <br /> 9. <br /> On August 21, 2008, Clarence Savoie, II, on behalf of Savoie Engineers, entered into a <br /> contract with the Parish whereby he agreed to provide professional engineering services, through <br /> Savoie Engineers,on the Lions Water Plant Expansion project for which the Parish agreed to pay <br /> a lump sum fee of$441,000. <br /> 10. <br /> Additionally,Clarence Savoie,H,rendered services,through Savoie Engineers,pursuant to <br /> the Parish Engineer Contract, in connection with the Lions Water Plant Expansion project, as <br /> reflected in the invoices submitted to the Parish. <br /> 11. <br /> On October 25, 2011, Clarence Savoie, II, on behalf of Savoie Engineers, entered into a <br /> contract with the Parish whereby he agreed to prepare plans, specifications and bid documents for <br /> Page 3 of 11 <br />
