6. <br /> Charlotte Prothro, in her capacity as Fire Chief for the Natchitoches Parish Fire Protection <br /> District No. 1, signed each of the fifteen checks issued to Paige O'Quinn. <br /> 7. <br /> Charlotte Prothro is the biological mother of Alex Prothro. <br /> 8. <br /> Alex Prothro married Rachel Broome on November 7, 2015. <br /> 9. <br /> Between December 5, 2015 and November 21, 2016, Rachel Broome received eleven(11) <br /> checks from the Natchitoches Parish Fire Protection District No. 1 in exchange for lawn-care <br /> services, totaling $4,600. <br /> 10. <br /> Charlotte Prothro, in her capacity as Fire Chief for the Natchitoches Parish Fire Protection <br /> District No. 1, signed each of the eleven checks issued to Rachel Broome. <br /> 11. <br /> La.
