STATE OF LOUISIANA <br /> DIVISION OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW <br /> ETHICS ADJUDICATORY BOARD <br /> LOUISIANA BOARD <br /> OF ETHICS * DOCKET NO. <br /> IN THE MATTER OF <br /> GWEN JACKSON * AGENCY TRACKING NO. 2017-1308 <br /> CHARGES <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics voted on December 14, 2018, to and does hereby file the <br /> following charges: <br /> 1. <br /> Gwen Jackson was continuously employed as the Executive Director of the Housing <br /> Authority for the Village of Fenton ("Housing Authority") from February 8, 2017, until her <br /> resignation on September 29, 2017. <br /> 2. <br /> As Executive Director, Gwen Jackson received an annual salary of$32,000. <br /> 3. <br /> The Employment Agreement between Gwen Jackson and the Housing Authority stated <br /> that the Executive Director shall not be entitled to additional compensation by reason of any <br /> service she may perform as Secretary of the Board. <br /> 4. <br /> The Employment Agreement between Gwen Jackson and the Housing Authority stated <br /> that the Executive Director's duties included general supervision over the administration of the <br /> Page 1 of 4 (No. 2017-1308) <br />
