The East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office was one of Chris <br /> Kaiser's main accounts. <br /> 11. <br /> Mike Crawford became acquainted with Chris Kaiser when Mr. Crawford became the <br /> purchasing agent for the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office. <br /> 12. <br /> The Walt Disney Corporation operates an entity called the Disney Vacation Club. The <br /> Disney Vacation Club is essentially a timeshare arrangement. Members purchase percentages of <br /> lodgings at Disney properties around the world and the members are issued vacation points which <br /> are redeemed when the members or other persons utilizing the vacation points stay at one of the <br /> properties. <br /> 13. <br /> In December 2009, Chris Kaiser purchased a .2768% interest in a leasehold condominium <br /> at Disney World properties in Orlando, Florida. The deed issued to Chris Kaiser by the Disney <br /> Vacation Club noted that his interest shall be symbolized by 100 Home Resort Vacation Points. The <br /> interest purchased by Mr. Kaiser expires on January 31, 2057. <br /> 14. <br /> Chris Kaiser estimates that he has paid approximately$10,000 for the timeshare for the use <br /> of a properties owned by Disney World in Orlando, Florida. <br /> 15. <br /> Chris Kaiser is issued 100 vacation points each year and it takes 100 vacation points to stay <br /> at properties owned by Disney World in Orlando, Florida. <br /> Agency Tracking No.2014-1419 Page 3 of 8 <br />
