ORDER <br /> FOR THE FOREGOING REASONS: <br /> IT IS ORDERED, that based on the foregoing, Deborah Crowder Loper violated La. <br /> R.S. 42:1111A, by virtue of her receipt of things of economic value, to which she was not duly <br /> entitled to receive, for the performance of the duties and responsibilities of her public position. <br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that Ms. Loper's civil monetary penalty of One Million <br /> Eighteen Thousand Four Hundred and Twenty-Three and 35/100 Dollars ($1,018,423.35) <br /> assessed in 19th IDC suit number, 09-13-0414 - DEBORAH C. LOPER is hereby recognized by <br /> this Board and no further civil penalty will be levied against Ms. Loper for the violations of the <br /> Louisiana Code of Governmental Ethics. <br /> Page 3 of 5 <br />
