LOUISIANA BOARD OF ETHICS <br /> IN TH MVIATTER OF <br /> MYRO MATHERNE DOCKET NO: 2013-1355 <br /> CONSENT ORDER <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics(the"Board"),pursuant to the authority contained in La.R.S. <br /> 42:1141,conducted a confidential investigation concerning Myron Matherne. <br /> 1. <br /> Myron Matherne has been a member of the Assumption Parish Police Jury since January 10, <br /> 2000 and at all times pertinent herein,with his office expiring on January 10,2016. <br /> 2. <br /> The Assumption Parish Waterworks District No. 1 was created by the Assumption Parish <br /> Police Jury in 1956 pursuant to the authority in La.R.S.33:3811. <br /> 3. <br /> Myron Matherne and Peggy Matheme were married in January 1981 and remained married <br /> at all pertinent times herein. <br /> 4. <br /> Peggy Matheme has been a saleswoman with Barbera Chevrolet in Napoleonville since <br /> December 2005 and she was a saleswoman for Barbera Chevrolet at all times pertinent herein. <br /> 5. <br /> Peggy Matherne receives a salary of$300 per week,plus commissions on auto sales from <br /> Barbera Chevrolet. <br /> Docket No.2013-1355A Page 1 of 7 <br />
