In their capacity as Sports Officials <br /> neither brother supervises the other. <br /> 5. MYRTLE CHATMAN is employed as a Gym Supervisor at <br /> Oakshire Gym. Ms. Chatman is the grandmother of LAKEISHA <br /> WARD and LASHON WARD who are siblings and employed as <br /> Scorekeepers. The Wards are not considered to be immediate family <br /> members of Ms. Chatman and neither sibling supervises the other. <br /> 6. LACORA SMITH is employed as a Gym Supervisor at Smithridge <br /> Gym. Ms. Smith is the mother of JERMONTE SMITH who is <br /> employed as a Scorekeeper. In order to prevent any participation by <br /> Ms. Smith in the supervision of her son, Jermonte Smith is only <br /> assigned to work at gyms other than Smithridge Gym. <br /> CORTEZ SMITH is the nephew of Lacora Smith and the cousin of <br /> Jermonte Smith and is employed as a Scorekeeper. Cortez Smith is <br /> not considered to be an immediate family member of either Lacora <br /> Smith or Jermonte Smith. <br /> 7. JAY DUSENBURY is employed as an Athletics Program <br /> Coordinator. Mr.Dusenbury is the uncle of BYRON OVERLY who <br /> is employed as a Sports Official. Mr. Dusenbury and Mr. Overly are <br /> not considered to be immediate family members. <br /> 8. TABITHA DAVIS is employed as a Sports Official. Ms. Davis is <br /> the mother of MERCY DAVIS who is employed as a Scorekeeper. <br /> The Davises report to different supervisors and do not supervise one <br /> another. <br /> 9. DARRELL SCOTT is employed as a Sports Official. Mr. Scott is <br /> the father of TRINITY SCOTT who is employed as a Scorekeeper. <br /> The Scotts report to different supervisors and do not supervise one <br /> another. <br /> 10. HENRY HARRIS, JR. Is employed as a Gym Supervisor. Mr. <br /> Harris is the uncle of LATERRANCE HARRIS who is employed <br /> as a Scorekeeper and a Field Director. The Harrises are not <br /> considered to be immediate family members. <br /> LAW <br /> La.R.S.42:1119A prohibits an immediate family member of an agency head from being employed <br /> in his agency. <br />
