Mr. Landry attended these hearings in his official capacity as <br /> Attorney General. <br /> 21. <br /> If called to testify in this matter, Mr. Landry would state that by accepting Subject Flight <br /> No. 1, Subject Flight No. 2, Subject Flight No. 3, Subject Flight No.4, Subject Flight No.5, and <br /> Subject Flight No. 6 {collectively, the Su6ject Flights) from Stanton Aviation, LLC, Palmetto <br /> Express Company, LLC, Harvey Gulf International Mazine, LLC and Air Sansone, LLC, the <br /> Louisiana Department of Justice dzd not have to use funds fram its opezating budget to pay for Mr. <br /> Landry's airfare to attend to his o�cial duties. <br /> 22. <br /> As part of the resolution herein,Mr.Landry filed a series of Form 413 disclosure statements <br /> with the BOE setting forth the pertinent information regarding the Subject Flights. <br /> IV. PROVISIONS OF LAW <br /> 1. <br /> La.RS. 42:1111(A}(1}(a)provides: <br /> No public servant shall receive anything of econonnic value, other than compensation and <br /> benefits from the governrnental entity to which he is duly entitled,for the performance of <br /> the duties and responsibilities of his office or position. <br /> 2. <br /> La. R.S.42:1115.2 of the Ethics Code provides in pertinent part: <br /> A.
