LOUISIANA BOARD OF ETHICS <br /> IN THE MATTER CONSENT ORDER NO.2017-652 <br /> OF <br /> DANIEL EITMANN <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics ("the Board"), after conducting a confidential <br /> investigation pursuant to La. R.S.42:1141,finds the following in regard to Daniel Eitinann. <br /> 1. <br /> Daniel Eitmann was employed by the St.Tammany Parish School Board from 2002,until <br /> July 24,2017,as the Band Director at Northshore High School in Slidell, Louisiana. <br /> 2. <br /> Daniel Eitmann received a salary of approximately $60,000 per year from the St. • <br /> Tammany Parish School Board,plus an annual stipend of$2,250 as a result of his Band Director <br /> position. <br /> 3, • <br /> Daniel Eitmann's duties as Band Director for Northshore High School included teaching <br /> band and fine arts classes; directing the band's performances at athletic events, concerts, and <br /> parades; and teaching summer band camp to incoming and returning students. <br /> 4. <br /> Northshore High School Band Boosters, Inc. ("Band Boosters") is a 501c(3) non-profit <br /> • <br /> corporation organized to support the Northshore High School Band program under the St. <br /> Tammany Parish School Board's Booster Club & Support Organizations Polley and the <br /> Superintendent's Booster Club Guidelines, which provide that cash payments shall riot be made <br /> to School Board employees for services associated with booster activities. <br /> Page 1 of 6(Docket No.2017-652) <br />
