This flight is hereinafter referced to as"Subject Flight No.5." 16. Subject Flight No.5 was provided to Mr.Lan�dry on an aircraft owned by Stanton Aviation, LLC.Mr.Landry did not pay Sta,nton Aviation,LLC or any other person for Subject Flight No.5. Stanton Aviation,LLC,provided Subject Flight No. 5 to Mr.Landry at no cost. 17. Mr. Landry's purpose in tra�eling to Washinston, D.C., in February 2023 was to attend federal con�essional hearin�s. Mr. Landry attended these hearings in his official capacity as Attorney Genez-al. 18. On March 29, 2023, Mr. Landry traveled on a privately-owned aircraft on a #7ight from Louisiana to Washinb on,D.C. On March 30, 2023, Mr. Landry traveled on that same privately- owned aircraft on a fli�,ht from Washingkon,D.C.to Louisiana.This round-trip flight is hereinafter zeferred to as"Subject Fli�ht No. 6." 19. Subject Flight No. 6 was provided to Mr. Landry on an aircraft owned by Air Sansone, LLC.Mr.Landry did not pay Air Sansone,LLC or any other person for Subject FIight No. 6.Air Sansone,LLC,provided Subject Flijht No. 6 to Mr.Landry at no cost.
